Suchi mudra is a very powerful mudra to eliminate waste products toxins and thoughts from your mind and body. This mudra can be used daily for a good elimination and heal our body and mind. 

Mudra is a unique and one of the best techniques that can be used to attain any health benefit by continuous and regular practice.

Mudras are hand gestures that balance the five elements called the panchabooth (fire, earth, water, air, and space) in our body. Mudras help in balancing the three doshas in the body called the vatha, pittha, and the Kapha doshas.

How to perform this mudra:

Suchi mudra 

Step 1: sit in a comfortable position with your back straight .
Step 2: clench your fist and bring it near your chest. now stretch your index finger straight upwards.
step 3: fold your thumb fingers in the middle of the palm, and the other fingers rolled over the thumb.
step 4: now extend the arms towards your right and left simultaneously by inhaling and bring it back to the chest by exhaling.
step 5: the index finger should point upwards and the palm should face outwards.
step 6: concentrate on your breath and repeat it six times and gradually increase in multiples of 6.

These mudras can be performed at any point of time in a day. one has to start by holding this mudra and performing breathing and stretching for 6 times and increasing by multiples of six.
people with severe chronic constipation can practice this mudra 4-6 times a day.
