How to perform this mudra:

step 1: sit comfortably in a place with your back straight and concentrate on your breathing.
step 2: bring both your hands in front of the chest.
step 3: touch the finger tips of both the hands. the palm should not touch each other.
step 4: inhale and lift your tongue to the upper part of the mouth and direct your eye upwards.
step 5: exhale and relax your tongue and eyes.
