Apana vayu ( Mritasanjeevani) mudra

Step 1: sit comfortably In a position with your back straight.

Step 2: touch the tip of the thumb finger to the tip of middle and ring finger.

Step 3: bend the ring finger to the base of the thumb and keep the little finger straight .
