Sprouted grams are always a healthy option when the concern is nutrition.
Horse gram is rich in proteins and fibers and are loaded with vitamins and minerals.
These Sprouted horse grams can be used by everybody since it is good and is beneficial for pregnant women, feeding mothers, children, diabetes, blood pressure problems, helps remove kidney stones, protects the liver, aids weight loss.
if you want to lose weight with a proper nutritious diet then horse gram is the best option, since this burns the bad cholesterol and removes the toxins from the body.
Prepare this mouth-watering nutritious gravy and enjoy a happy healthy meal.

ingredients required:

Horse gram 1 cup
coconut 3 teaspoon
tomato 1big
onion 1 big
potato `1big
sambar masala  as per taste
cloves 2
cinnamon 1/2 inch
salt as per taste
oil for garnishing

Preparation:

Clean the horse gram and soak it in water for 5-6 hours. (there might be like-colored stones in the horse gram so be careful while cleaning)

Now drain the soaked gram and tie it in a damp cloth and hang it in a place where there is no sunlight and leave it overnight for sprouting.

 If you open the next day small sprouts have been stated and it is ready to use now.

Now to prepare the gravy, cook sprouted horse gram, and potato along with salt and sambar powder.

Let it cook for 1 whistle and allow it to cool down.


Now let's make the masala for the gravy.
Heat a little oil in a pan and add cloves and cinnamon.


Now add onion and fry for a while and add tomatoes and saute until the raw smell of onions and tomato vanish.






Now allow it to cool down and take a mixer jar and add the coconut and grind it to a fine paste with no water or very little water.



Now put the tomato-onion mixture and grind to a fine paste.

Now add this paste to your gravy and boil it for few minutes.

season with mustard and asafoetida and garnish with curry leaves and coriander.

Serve hot with Rice, chapatti, idli- dosa or make yummy masala puri with this mouth-watering gravy.
