Sit comfortably in a place and concentrate on the yoga mudra that you are about to perform, clap your hands interlock your fingers.
Point any one of the thumb fingers pointing upwards and the other thumb locking the upward thumb.

you can change the finger that is pointing upwards and perform the same mudra.
