How to perform this mudra:

step 1: sit comfortably with your back stragiht, focus on your breath.
step 2: bring both the hands together and in front of the chest.
step 3: touch the tip of the middle fingers, bend the other fingers.
step 4 : the two lines of the other fingers touch as shown in the picture.
step 5: let the tips of the thumb touch each other and point the chest.
